2022 has come and gone – bring on 2023! I’m rounding up all of my favorite (and not-so-favorite) finds of 2022 and what I’ll keep on repeat in 2023. Let’s get started!
What Wasn’t Worth It in 2022
La Mer
I know everyone raves about La Mer cream, but it just didn’t do it for me this year. There are several other moisturizing creams that I love more, including the Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench!
Dyson AirWrap
I loved the Dyson AirWrap at first. The brush attachment is amazing and like a compact design with attachments. BUT the brush attachment ended up damaging my hair (I think the metal got too hot) and I was only using it for the last five minutes of drying time. I was never able to master the curling attachments so this is a no for me.
Golden Goose
I own two pairs of the GG and really do like the look. But they’re not very comfortable and for the cost, I would rather splurge on a few colors of New Balance, Veja’s, or Nike’s.
What I Loved in 2022
Mother Denim
If you’ve been around a while, you may know I’ve tried every pair of jeans possible. The Frame Denim and Mother Denim both stuck out this year, and they’re the two pairs I’ll cling to in 2023.
Zuvi
I tried the Zuvi Hair Dryer this year (here’s my full review) – and guys. This thing is worth every penny. It leaves my hair crazy soft and does way less damage than your typical hair dryer.
Sam Edelman Slides
This last year, I really liked the look of the Gucci mules. I ordered the Sam Edelman version, and they are so similar and crazy comfortable that I sent the Gucci back and am keeping these! Get them before they’re gone! True to size, and they stay on my feet! This video also features the Frame denim I’ve been loving!
DEJ
This boosting serum has been a game-changer in my skincare routine! I have struggled to find an anti-aging skincare product that works and doesn’t irritate my skin. There is a ton of research and science behind the D-E-J Daily Boosting serum including a specially formulated Sunflower Sprout Extract Technology! I have already seen an incredible difference in my skin’s appearance, and I cannot wait to continue to share the results.
Hatch
The Hatch has been a game-changer when it comes to my morning routine. I love how you can sync it up with your sleep routine to wake you up at the best time. It also offers several white noise options.
Pottery Barn Lamp
Looking for a perfect table lamp for the price? This Pottery Barn lamp was worth it to me! You can use this in an entryway, bedroom, or living room! The perfect neutral piece – it comes in several color options!
Dyson Vacuum
Most loved cleaning tool EVER! Quick cleanups, stairs, and under cabinets couldn’t be any easier! If you don’t have the Dyson V12 yet, what are you waiting for?
Anthropologie Mirror
If you haven’t seen the famous Anthropologie Mirror this last year, you may have been living under a rock. This mirror is THE mirror. It’s golden and perfect for any room in your home. It even comes in several size options so you can have it on the floor, on a shelf, or on a mantle.
Frame TV
I LOVE The Frame TV! It’s gorgeous when off, and has the best quality screen when on. I loved having one this last year! It comes in many different sizes and frame options, so whether you want one over the mantle or in the bedroom, you are sure to find the perfect addition!
